Please submit balloon orders a day in advance. We are happy to take same day orders, just please call the store for same day order. First Pick Up- 30 minutes after the store is open and last pick up, 30 minutes before the store closes. Thanks for your understanding.
We do our best to update our available inventory online, but since we also sell balloons to walk in customers at the store, occassionally items may go out of stock. Please do not hesitate to call us before placing an order with any questions, 215.256.6700. While we have the majority of our balloons online, we also have more available in store so please call us if you are looking for something specific because we might have it!
You will have the opportunity to customize any details (such as ribbon color, etc.) during the checkout process.
Balloon Information
Latex Balloons last 8 hours - You can select the option to add Hi-Float to your latex balloons and they will last for a day.

Foil Balloons last 1-3 days
Please be aware that temperatures will affect your balloons:
Heat will expand the helium in your balloons and can cause the balloons to POP. Do not leave in any hot area or direct sunlinght (such as your car) for any period of time.
Cold will constrict the helium and cause them to appear deflated. Upon returning to room tempature the helium will expand returning balloons back to normal.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and plans may change. Please let us know as soon as possible or a minimum of 48 hours for a full refund. If items are special ordered such as specific balloons or colors, no refunds will be given.
Delivery and Setup
We are happy to offer limited delivery. Please give us a call for pricing and availability. Delivery starts at a minimum of $25 for the first 5 miles. Set up service is priced per order and what is needed.
Balloon Arrangements and Parties
Need balloon arrangements? We can bring your vision to life. If you would like balloons arranged or tied to a weight there is an additional fee. Please contact the store for pricing information. We have assisted parties large and small and are happy to work with any budget.
Harleysville Gifts and Party is not responsible for Balloons after leaving the store due to popping or flying away. All balloon sales are final.
